I mentioned in this week's podcast that a collegue of mine (Warren) was waiting for his new Dell PDA to arrive. He'd been researching devices ranging from the PSP to the video iPod to numerous PDAs trying to decided which device was right for him. We're going to do a PSP, iPod video and Dell Axim side-by-side comparison. Its all in fun though because quite frankly, each device is a winner in the sense that it meets users different needs. So here's my question to all my readers - which device was right for you, and why?
While you're answering that - we'll give Warren some time with his new baby (isn't getting new tech just the best).
I've been using an iPod for over three years and its definitely the device for me. I take my calendar and contacts with me as an added bonus but its the music that is key to me. Apple makes it "easy" for my to manage my music and now video.

HP ipaq hx4700 for me.
Its perfectly tied to Media Player, movies look great because what sets this device apart from almost all previous Pocket PCs is its 640-by-480-pixel display. The ipod is way too limited. Movies and videos, that's it. I play games, keep my calendar syncd with Outlook and surf the web.
